I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples, counseling them through a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions.
I am deeply passionate about my work, and excited to collaboratively create a safe and growth-inspiring environment where you can learn how to live with more vitality, joy, and serenity.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I studied at UC Berkeley, investigating ways to bring mental health more deeply into the classroom. I went on to work as a teacher in early childhood education, discovering that young children and adults have similar needs - to feel safe, to feel validated, to feel challenged, and to feel loved.
Clients describe me as warm, respectful, engaged and curious. Together we'll create a space that is unique, and take just an hour out of this busy week to slow down, tune in, and gain the clarity and tools to feel better.
